The End of Recycling

Having been in the marketplace for a number of years I am amazed at the number of people who get fired, passed around, and rehired at dealerships. The talent pool can't be that bad to bring back someone you've fired 2 or 3 times before because they sucked at their jobs. We all know the definition of insanity right?
